Designed for weight management, this challenge includes two phases: Phase 1, the detox cleanse — a fresh start for your body that prepares it for Phase 2, fat-burning.
TLS 12 WEEK SUPPORT PROGRAM
Designed for the individual that needs coaching and personal accountability working directly with a TLS Weight Management Coach. The TLS Coach meets weekly for weigh-ins, Q&A, tips and guidance. Measurements and body fat percentage are taken in weeks 1, 4, 8 and 12. Resources provided include a Health Guide/Journal, nutrient suggestions, recipes, shopping list and more resources needed to promote successful healthy and sustainable weight (fat) loss.

Our coaches’ favourite programme — this is the standard TLS package which combines most of our Menu Plans for long-term weight management and a total lifestyle transformation.
